Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Short version: this website does not use cookies to track you or show you ads, so there is no cookie banner. The only exceptions are things you switch on yourself, like opening a Google Map.
What we use
- Visit statistics without cookies. We count page views with an anonymous code that changes every day and is not stored on your device. It tells us things like "40 people viewed Tulum listings today", never who you are.
- Small temporary browser storage. When you press "Load More" on the property search, your browser briefly remembers your scroll position so you don't lose your place. It is deleted straight away and is never sent to us.
- Security. Our host, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse (for example "__cf_bm"). These don't track you across websites and can't be switched off.
Things you choose to load
- Google Maps. Maps on property and contact pages only load when you click "Show on map". Google may then set its own cookies — see Google's cookie policy.
- WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram. Links to these open their own apps or websites, which have their own policies.
Dashboard
The private dashboard used by our staff (/admin) keeps them signed in using your browser's storage. Visitors to the public site are not affected.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the website will keep working.
If we ever add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: contact@toplistingsrivieramaya.com.
